Rich Downing, Founder, Chairman
Rich graduated from Colby College, where he majored in Economics. In 2006, he founded The Neutral Development Project.  Rich founded NDP while working for an Aerospace and Defense consulting group in Cambridge, MA. Rich is currently pursuing his MBA at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Jared Peterson, Managing Director, Treasurer
Jared graduated from Boston College with a BS in Management and concentration in Finance and from Babson College with an MS in Management and concentration in Finance. He has spent 5+ years working for Alcatel-Lucent, formerly Lucent Technologies, where he is currently an Investment Analyst on the private equity team with the company’s pension fund in Boston, MA.

Brian McNeil, Director of Fund Raising
Brian graduated from Syracuse University in 2005 with a BS in Accounting and a BS with Distinction in Economics. During his senior year, Brian was co-captain of the Varsity Cross Country team and Treasurer of Beta Alpha Psi, a nationally accredited society for Finance/Accounting majors. Post graduation, he pursued an MS in Accountancy part-time from Syracuse while working as a tax associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Currently, Brian is a Senior Associate within the International Tax practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston, MA.
